I thought I'd post here to gauge the interest on some small bore barrels. I can get barrels up to 15" long made to just about any bore size I want. So the question is, who would be interested in a .670 or .675 14" barrel? How much porting if any? How much would you pay? I can probably offer these in raw so you can get them anoed to match your set up or gloss black. Any size is possible so if you have a prefered bore size or length, let me know

I'm interested, since I find it difficult to get decent AC threaded barrels in the 9-10" range. What are they made from, shape, OD, porting, profile, etc.?

I'd be interested in a .675 if it was the right price I'd say under $40 since I can get a Lurker for $40. I'd say lots of porting. Say 6" if it was a 14". Would there be any milling at all?

porting like the disruptive barrel has really worked to quiet the shot for me. holes get larger as they get toward the barrel tip. 4 6" rows of porting. would be interested in knowing who is making them and how tight are their tollerances.

i'd be interested in a 14" unported .675 barrel in autococker threads for my DSG ^_^
if it was annoed black, i'd be willing to pay 60$

i'm having trouble with rollouts/double feeds with my .679 stiffy... and they don't do any smaller... frikking small field paint...

I'd love a 15" .675 if that's possible. Most barrels I have are 14" but the extra inches in a 16" helps me aim a bit better. I actually like barrels with little to no milling, a constant OD keeps it simple and neat.

To answer a couple questions, as of right now anything is possible for porting, length, ID etc. As for accuracy, it can be as accurate as your willing to pay for, I'm thinking +/- .002 will suffice, but could get it within ten thousandths of an inch if people are willing to pay more which I doubt. He actually normally does real firearm work so they are well set up for boring and honing barrels. I think pricing will be about $60 for a black bull barrel, just a strait OD without any porting if there interest on doing a small run. Is it safe to say most people would prefer a 0.675 bore? Bull barrels will be the cheapest/easiest to do for sure, I'll look into the extra cost to get them ported with a fancier look but it seems like basic bull barrels would be more popular.

in order to keep it simple you will have to limit some options. other wise your guy will have 50 different barrel types to make and keep them identified for separate buyers.
