Yup. Red paint... As to Lo's point. Props are generally used a equalizer. One thing I do like about Hell's big game is that have an area called the "Green zone" it's essentially the entry and good chunk of distance away. This zone is protected by several teams and prevents one side from being pushed all the way to reinsertion point. |

That style of play would certainly drive away first timers who were paint shy, I agree 100% Renters and new players typically do not seem to enjoy that intensity of balling. Even some of the guys I play with, who have played all levels of ball would walk away from that - from a 'been there, done that, not interested' point of view. I certainly always feel bad for the renters/new types I see at Spring Castle, because it is a brutal slugfest, and not for the feint of heart. All that being said there is a time and a place for this type of balling, I suppose. As long as player can ensure he isn't overshooting individuals, is letting shot players out, can hear ref's instructions etc... It certainly isn't my cup of tea, at least my style. I will play against it at events like castle without batting an eye - I could give a f*** - thanks for letting me know where you are on the field at least... lol. I prefer a nice day of rec-ball anyday. |

its all good to throw ropes to put heads down, but ripping them blindly into a building as your coming into it from around the corner is not fun to be on the recieving end of... 10 in the ribs is no fun, cant take em back after they leave the gun |

I think I was working towards, its one thing if you can actually fire it that fast and that ramping is cheap. If you watch the vid you can see he is not even walking it. He has it set to ramp so easy. Might as well go full auto and be all out cheap. I don't understand why it has to be a rope when trying to bunker some one, or people. I can do it with minimal fire. 3-5 balls a second is enough to keep some one head down if you have the balls hitting where they are behind. You can step it up if you need too, but why does it always have to be a rope? And even if you have to send ropes, this guy is just pissing paint away for no apparent reason at times.
