My FB conversation: Thomas Moore Hello Paintball Gateway, Awhile back you posted a pic of what looked like a 13ci-ish/4500 tank. What's the word on this? Any news? Is it a real product, and if so, when will it be available? As a pump player, this would almost be the Holy Grail of tanks, and I'd love to get one! Thanks for any info you have. It's always that DOT business that drives costs up but also prevents any muppet from making a HPA tank in their basement. More emails!

so if PB Gateway is doing nothing with this, does anyone know of anyone else who might? i sent an email off to Ninja... any other ideas? Someone mentioned a kickstarter, which i would be happy to start, but i have no idea about the process of obtaining DOT stamps. Lets force this into reality! |

on a side note i dunno if you guys are familiar with airsoft BUT the newest generation of Airsoft guns (polarstar) run on paintball compressed air tanks. Im attached to an airsoft proshop and cannot keep SLP ninja tanks in stock. This would make an ideal Sniper tank for these guys as the 13ci tanks only get about 300 shots and that doesnt suffice for extended ops. The market for these would be HUGE!!!!!
