I'm surprised everyone is bashing on MacDev. Jerry at MacDev is not the friendliest guy in the PB world. When I purchased my Clone back in '09 (?) I tried updating the firmware via the usb port in the grips, basically the pins were fubar'ed and the usb port came off when I unplugged the cord. I was living in Orange County at the time and went to the NPPL Hb event that year and asked Jerry about a replacement, basically said I was SOL but he gladly sell me a new board at a 'discounted' price. Well in the end I wound up emailing MacDev in Australia directly, they gave me a RA # and ship address and shipped me out a new board. Oh and they also hooked me up the V2 grips free of charge as the V1 grips were/are prone to wear prematurely. I think they do a good job for an international company.
A good one on my list is Hustle Paintball. Great ship times, good prices, excellent customer service.

CCI and Metadyne. Opposite ends of the customer service spectrum. I don't think I have to tell anyone at which end they reside.

Metadyne has been the worst. Started out okay, but when I had the same problem not get taken care of the first time, and I figured it out seven or eight months later, they have held onto my marker for seven months now. Apparently they, or more accurately Brian, is working on the piston, still. Almost two years after the marker has been released. I have gotten other pistons okay, and when I needed a new spring for my other Thumper, I got it, around three weeks after I asked for it. Which was still five or six months after I originally asked for it.

PPS has been okay for me. They haven't been fast as I would like, but they have always taken care of me with whatever needed to be dealt with. For a price, LOL.

Outside of paintball, let me say that Goal Zero has been the absolute best. I had an issue with a Sherpa50, I emailed them about it. It was the weekend, so I didn't get anything back until Monday. They asked me for my address, and on Wednesday, I had a brand new Sherpa50 to replace the one that having issues.

Have had great experiences all around so far with companies I have purchased from. Rockstartactical, valken, tippmann, and many others already listed.

Have had more bad experiences with fields than anything else.

Went to one with a brand new 4oz and 13ci i wanted to play with...was going to run with my PMI on the 4oz and the 13 was for a new kit on my Phenom....no scale on the CO2 fill so the blew the burst disk...just handed it back and said "sorry, must have been defective" Then I played 2 games with the 13 and went to have it filled...went to put it back on and it started to leak...the lip where the O-ring sits was bent...a buddy said he saw them drop a tank (did not know it was mine). Pretty much ruined my day.

If that were me at the field I'd be demanding that first depending on how bad the dent is on the 13ci that they front the cost for a new reg as if the dent is bad enough you'll never get another oring in there. I'd also be going to their proshop and telling them to put a new burst disk in 4oz AND be telling them to get a scale or don't bother filling C02 at their field anymore.

the bend was hard to prove they had done it...and the burst disk...no pro shop.

Basically wrote that field off...if I ever go there again...I will use their rental gear or my TPX. More than likely never go there again.

New favorite.... Kohn Sports.

They actually called to inform me of a error they had made in something I ordered... and offered faster shipping as a "my bad" sort of thing.

Oh yeah! How could I forget WALZ and Stanchy? =P

My stickfeed from WALZ was built and turned up in about... Two weeks? Fantastic!
I've also recently picked up a stickfeed from WALZ. I think my turnaround was even less than 2 weeks. He discounted the price because he couldn't get the ID/OD for the feed feed EXACTLY right for my KP. It still works perfectly.

Boston Paintball - I bought a new old stock Twister front block. They were very customer friendly, shipped quickly, and even included a bunch of stickers and an additional stock (unmilled) front block.

It's been years since I've dealt with Macdev. Last time was at the '99 IAO. I had to get a replacement fill nipple for one of their Max Attack air tanks. They were great to deal with in person.
