Yeah, so I am a dealer for Metadyne and they are costing me money. Why? Because no one from Metadyne will answer their ****ing phones or respond to dealer emails so that I can fulfill orders. THIS COMPANY IS BEING RUN LIKE A JOKE! They have cost me multiple sales on multiple occasions, the latest being this morning. How do you expect your dealers to take care of you when you can't be professional enough to have the common courtesy to respond to contacts that put money into your own companies coffers, let alone mine.

Explain the lack of contact to your customers. Maybe they would rather buy from another company that you carry.

I really really want to give them the benefit of the doubt here, as I love their launchers. I was told people that work for/with this company post here, so maybe this will serve as a wake up call for the company to repair it's image. If not, we will stop carrying their goods and move on.

I really don't want to have to do that.

I have been trying to get hold of them for 4 months or so about my havok going through orings like a fat kid goes through twinkies and still nothing I guess I have a $400 paperweight for the time being

You aren't the first one to feel this way, much less have this same problem. I can't remember who it was, but someone posted in the Thumper thread, as well as started up a thread, about how they were in the same boat as you. Their post changed around 30 minutes to an hour later, because I guess Metadyne got ahold of them and worked something out with them. I really think that Brian has gotten himself in a bit over his head. He still has my Thumper, which he has had for seven months now.

I have been needing the updated valve for the 2 Havocs that I have, plus some parts for my Thumper. The last I heard from Scott was that they were putting the parts together for me. That was several weeks ago.

Me neither.

As to fixing your Havoc, I had the same issue. I ended up getting a female Stabilizer and using that to control the pressure. I just cranked the built in reg screw all the way in to bottom out the spring. That way the reg piston shouldn't move at all and won't shred o-rings on the stupid over-pressure relief hole.
