Interest thread

Ok so the boss and I were talking and since thing are slow we were going to do a couple of things. I just want to get an Idea of interest on 2 things

Blank merlin body- will proably have an MSRP of $65. On this I will most likely do a deposit as long as the mods let me.

Next would be a slot blocking sled for halfblocks. Alum or Delrin? Not real sure on price point yet.

This would probably get more attention in the dead zone for the interest portion. If it looks good and you get mod approval then make a thread in here.

The merlin body...is it threaded for barrels, frames etc?

I would possibly be interested in a merlin blank, depending on whether it is threaded like russc mentioned.

Please move the thread to where ever you feel it needs to be, sorry.

The body's will have all features needed to be a working body. They just won't have any fancy milling. I do plan on milling on some maybe as an option.

I have always liked the round body merlins but I imagine those would cost significantly more.

I'd be interested in a half blocked merlin blank with a slot blocker

Just kidding, I wouldn't do that two a merlin, but I'd still be interested in both.

Yes, depending on what milling is done to the blanks I'd be interested. Round body would be ideal, I would be totally fine with it if it had ridges like those CCM guns to cut down on processes. I just want it light.
