I personally don't get guns that advertise "smooth". Out of most of the random junk they try to sell you on, the least amount of kick in a marker is goofy. If you can't handle any paintball gun's "kick", you need to work on those spagetti arms.

I've had nothing but problems with any mag I've owned. There's always a leak. Yeah, it's easy to fix, but the fact that it comes back shortly after it's fixed it lame.

and have the ability to respect another persons opinion...

back on topic...I'm not the biggest fan of clam shell markers. Doesn't mean I wouldn't use one, but I'd buy an older spyder over an older m98

I was stuck with 2 and they used the softest aluminum available.

High end electros. DMs, Eclipse, DLX, what have you. I just don't see the value unless you really want to be agg.

"Smooth" does have value. It's not about being able to handle the kick, but all that jumping around makes it tough to keep on target. Imagine a heavy hammer Tippmann vs say a Mini or Axe at the same rate of fire.

...but with a Freak on a Mini, I just can't see any reason to spend 2 or 3 times that unless one enough of a pro to be getting his gear for free anyway.

Gosh dang, those are some crappy markers for the price you pay. I've seen a handfull of creeds go down, and I've seen several people have problems with demons.

Also, The Alien Sweep Bolt. I'm not going there.

Airow guns.

The design is just terrible. It wasn't made for paintball, so you need a massive draw weight, to the point where it's just dumb bringing it on the field.
