Yeah you could say there is some history. I believe I am one of the founders of paintball sports firing up my field in 1983 as the Survival Game Hawaii and a participant of the Gurnsey original franchise. Broke off after 2 months we did not need them, junk guns and paintballs. Opened operations in Hawaii, Taiwan, China and Denmark. Pretty much tried every gun out there over many years. None could stand up to field use so we built our own. There was not much choice in the early days and the Nightmare was one of the very poor choices, QC was never there. In fact I sold four guys Nightmares and they broke down so I replaced the guns several times with new ones and eventually they took me to court as if I was the manufacturer and actually got a Judge (who hated the idea of paintball), and they won a judgment against me. I never paid it and one day the Sheriffs showed up at my field and luckily the only guns we had out were the crappy Nightmares so they confiscated those and we laughed it off. And when it comes to Aldo he just simply threw us under the bus, always claiming it wasn't his guns that were defective it was all about the players that used them, the guy was a scumbag. He took a lot of people to the cleaners.
