Uh.... how fast? Send it to Ninja? Surely there's something local.

look for a local company that sells & services fire extinguishers. they might very well do it. either that or maybe a scuba shop.

Fastest will be someone local to you. Many places tend to have specific days or times that they do hydro, so if you take your bottle to them during that time frame, you will get your bottle back the same day, if not shortly after you took it in.

If you don't mind shipping, the link that gainman gave you is great, they are local to me, and I use them regularly. Others include Ninja, who can update your reg to a really cool Ninja one, or Crossfire, who have a guarantee that if they damage the tank while trying to take off the reg, they will replace it with a brand new tank for free.

If you need it three days ago you might want to find someone local.

If you can take the time to ship it out I vote for Crossfire. They also have a reg swap program. I know for a fact that their high pressure output Stealth System reg can make a Tippmann with Cyclone Feed and Response Trigger sing.
