I agree, however you would think that the laborer that sewed that pod pack would take a little more pride in his work. I mean it's all he does for 12 hours a day....show some pride in it.

I buy American made whenever possible. There's just something about owning American made products that surpasses imported.

This thread is great. We have run the gambit from irrational attacks on Dye to defenses of Dye that defy logic. In between we have attacked both those attacking and defending the company.

I've had good products from crappy companies and crappy products from good companies but most of the time i don't run to forums to complain.

Depending on the circumstances i'll either fix it myself or call the company and then depending on how the company reacts will determine whether or not they get more of my money in the future.
If i feel truly wronged (eg multiple issues with same company or their complete disregard for when they are obviously at fault) then i'll most likely voice my displeasure so it can serve as a warning to others.
