"Dark" guns in light colors

Remember the Wicked Air Sports (IIRC) markers that were referenced as "Dark".

Its is wrong to have these reannoed in light or fruity colors.

Just saying

It's just marketing-speak. You're more likely to buy an "Obliterator" than, say, a marker called the Daffodil.

To a certain segment of the market (young males- that's pretty much all of us, isn't it? ) "Dark" Angel sounds cooler than "Angel". That why we have guns like the "Intimidator" (which, in the hands of a 13-year-old noob isn't really all that intimidating) and the "Defiant" (named, as I understand it, after a bad-a** gunship from Star Trek.)

And then there's the shocker which will forever make me chuckle, and that's before you bring "boxes" into it.

Dark is just the name for the warped sports private label guns. Much like macdev's "sonic" cockers and bushies.
I think it would be okay to reannoe in light colors, certainly not as taboo as digging up johnny cash and dressing him in a hawiian shirt.
