Probably.. Some bodys demand a higher price than others.
Just look at part outs or parts threads for bargan hunting. Nice anno pre2k side feeds are usually higher priced due to the nostalgia of old school anno jobs.
I just acquired a cherry 96 side feed with matching barrel, blocks, and bolt. I traded an unused body for it.

So, awesome deals can be found, just need to look.

Here, lemme help.

Tanks, Loaders, Masks, Barrels, Jerseys, Parts, chron and more! Worth checking out!!

He's got a ****-ton of stuff.

Scroll aaaalll the way to the bottom of his last sale post, and then:

Go up eight pictures, get the silver body.

Go down one picture, buy that trigger frame.

Go down one more, pick a regulator. Buy it.

Next go here: 100+ cocker parts

Do Ctrl+F, a box should appear somewhere on your screen. Type "51 complete set of DYE cocker internals", it should scroll down, buy that.

Next go here: Auto cocker pump kit

Buy one, you need a 2k+, NOT a pre-99. Seriously, this is the pump kit you need--Jcurt makes awesome stuff--you wont find anything else that's this nice for this price.

That'll get you started. You still need: a 2k+ backblock, a bolt (can find nice delrin ones, but the aluminum ones are cheaper), a bolt pin, and an ASA. Oh and a barrel

Other people--add anything I've forgotten.

Also, feel free to buy other things, too. This is just a guideline/suggestion.

After that, some sort of Asa, a screw kit and a piece of braided stainless and you're ready to go.

Are bodys and trigger frame universal fits? Also the DYE cocker internal set will just slip into any cocker just that easy? One more thing ! Would any 2k+ backblocks work on any autococker?

Seems like all 2k+ parts and univeral most times and pre-99 is universal together ? Am I right

The important differences between 99/2k are the length of the bolt (longer pre2k), the corresponding length of the back block, the size of the banjo bolt in the front block (larger in 2k), and the rear of the lower tube is threaded for a velocity adjuster in the 2k+ models. All grip frames are universal, barrels are universal, and the actual valves and hammers are universal (if I'm not mistaken).

Also look out for "p block" or "free-flow" length bolts and blocks. They're shorter than either 99/2k.
