The other 1/3rd fell between .684 and .687, and only 10 passed through the .684 but were larger than .682... overall I'm happy! Thanks again for the GREAT advice; I'm going to finish sorting the case and then go to bed!

The Redemption I shot at D-Day last year was sizing at about .681. I'm used to shooting Anarchy that sizes about .688, though I did get some that bored about .680 recently. I called Valken about their paint and was told that they usually have their Redemption boring at .685 to .687 (at least they try to keep track). Oh, and you missed a real good opportunity to have a better thread title: "How big are your balls?"

i'm soo jealous hearing all of these sizes...i have not used my pistol all year b/c it is nearly pointless with the tiny paint we've had around here for the last few years. I don't believe the line that b/c i'm 'farther north' is why the paint is soo small. Two hours north can't change the size that much.

Had the calipers on it and it was just over .696! On average paint in the UK seems to be larger that what you're getting in the USA. Averages around .685/.687 from what I've seen. |

The shell is very thick, each ball is not always filled 100%. I don't see any dimples in the leftovers I have, but it's also not very spherical a lot of times. And it hurts more than regular paint OR first strikes. Before buying a case, try to get a smaller sample. | |
