By driving an old '87 Sprint, I save over $200 a month in Gas driving to and from work.

I bought my first car, a 1995 mitsutishi eclipse gs convertible from a model I met on a plain back from Israel (I still see her in commercials all the time, were friends for a bit, haha) for $1500. It had 45k miles. It needed a new winshield (cost $250), a couple of rotor mounts (not sure thats what they are called, but they were like $500 I think), and to fix the convertible top ($200) so the total cost was $2450. At the time, that clean an eclipse ran like $7000 on bluebook. It ended up getting totalled parked a long while later and insurance cut us a check for $3650!

I waited about ten years after the Angel came out before buying myself one. I saved about $1,400. Does that count? ![]() Doc.

Paintball: Uh, going with Doc's idea on saving with Angels. Picked up a Dark LCD for $125 recently. Not a terrible good deal, but good enough that the teen that drooled over them in magazines is getting his jollies. Also, I recently picked up a pair of cleats for paintball. Regularly $40, snagged them for $3 on clearance at Walmart. Other stuff: $1 for an all metal weed puller from Walmart clearance. Regularly priced $16 Passed on: Christmas tree from Walmart on Christmas Eve. $1, regularly priced $30. I tried to convince the wife that, yes, we did indeed need 2 trees but she wasn't buying it. Wow, just read that over and apparently I'm Sam Walton's best friend this year.

I kept saying but come on bro why display a tv you don't even have. You don't need this thing bro just knock another 100 off and ill take it. Nope apparently they arnt allowed to sell those. Of well. So they are sending me one direct from the warehouse
