Sanchez Machine questions?

I have a very small barrel leak in the sanchez marker, is there a manual or how to on takng out the bottom valve/hammer. seems like somthing holds it in there but still slides freely like its suppoed to? Could I just put drops on oil through the asa to lube it? Also can I use co2 and HPA in this marker without any issues?

Try running some oil through the Asa. That shouldn't be a problem, as for the co2 option, you may need to swap out the regulator or change springing depending on your setup.

leak down the barrel is usually cupseal leak... I've done a full service on one of these before but I can't actually remember what valve style it is. I think I recall the front guide being threaded in to hold the ASA, so it must have not been 11/16" valve style... but I also don't remember using any special tool to remove a jam nut... damn. Sorry, I work on too many guns to remember them all... it shouldn't be too hard to get the valve out for a look see.

I would definitely try oil through the ASA to possibly flush the valve seal clean.... be sure to dry fire it with air lots afterwards to clear out the extra oil.

you need to raise the lug first before you can pull out the hammer, since it rides in the slot through the bottom of the body. So remove the ivg, raise the hammer lug so you can slide it out the back of the body. Then get your valve tool and stick down into the jam nut and remove it, and remove the valve retaining screw on the bottom of the body. Then you can get to the valve

Cock the gun, then turn the hpr up until the leak goes away.

Okay thank you for the explanation, Looks like after lots of oil through the asa , a reg test and resealed macro fittings and line the leak has stopped. Hopefully it stays that way ! Thanks for all the replies !!!
