Definitely have to commend you for something well thought out and put together proper.

In response to "if only 5 people show up, it's no fun": While I played almost exclusively on outlaw fields, we did have a fun way of dealing with low turn out situations like that, and if a field gives some forethought to their design, they can too.

5 people=5 flag stations with four flags each. First one back to their station with 4 different colored flags/last man standing wins. This is just an example, modify as needed.

I know not EVERY field can do something like this exact set-up, that's not what I'm after. A lot of places just need to show some more creativity.
If people can still have fun with low numbers, it only helps you in the long run.

Paintball is YEARS behind ski resorts in the marketing and ideas department. There are only a few fields that make enough $$$ to pay good content marketers which is vital to keep people interested in their brand year round. Paintball fields should be paying close attention to the ski and snowboard industry and take notes. You just gained 2 subscribers because our field is ran and owned by paintball players that are 100 day a year snowboarders.

Total Combat Paintball in San Diego offers a 30/month, with 10% off purchases with their monthly pass. Great to go play for a couple of hours a weekend, and not blow a couple of hundred bucks in admission.
