i was unaware degrees in such fields existed! Again, your insight is great and i am totally on board with your ideas. The parks in my region (minnesota) all offer season passes, and i have even noticed they typically offer a holiday sale on them late in the year. Never the less i plan to share links to your videos with the contacts i have. It would be fantastic to see the paintball world realize these goals.

Good ideas. At least 2 of the bigger paintball operations in NH offer seasons passes. But neither would give you a discount if you had a pass at the other. Right before Xmas, OSG was offering season passes for $169 w/ discounted paint. Really an incredible deal.

Also, most ski areas definitley make money in the summer in New England. People visit to hike, fish, camp, golf, mountain bike, rock-climb (climbing walls), Ziplines.

Paintball fields don't have the means to attract people for anything other than paintball. Not an entirely efficient comparison.

Side note: I've never heard anyone refer to ski areas as snowboard resorts before.
Sounds quite odd.

Really? huh, that is the terminology I've always heard.
Edit: whoops... mis-read that.

My original narrative said ski and snowboard resorts...but it took to long to say and I wanted to keep the theme going with snowboards.

But hey, I know a few 'boarders that would DIE! for a snowboard only resort! But thats another subject...lol...

Can't speak for every mt, but most times they don't. Or rather the same people don't. Typically there is a plan in place for the mt to offer free lift operation for hikers in the spring summer (in NE, Vermont particularly not sure about the west). Often the state owns the MT and LETS the ski resort use it for skiing. Part of that is letting hikers enjoy the grounds in the spring/summer when they are safe for hiking. This is true for sugar bush and bolton at least. They may make some $$ from people staying at the few hotels open in order to hike, and eating at the few places that are open

Pretty much all the fields around here have year passes and season passes.
