Yeah I've ALWAYS had better luck sending him emails to conduct business. Same with pretty much all the one-man-operation paintball websites like WWA, etc.

ordering for me has always been quick and painless. Heck have blue has gone above and beyond for me personally to really make things perfect. I will continue to order from him as long as i'm still shooting a micro phantom (which given that I fell in love with the concept at CC1 last year will be a LONG time)

Do keep in mind that he also runs it in his spare time. The site isn't his primary means of income and attention. But he is great with CS like everyone says.

Not to mention he has all kinda cool crap to buy.
