I played home and probably brought 7-8 pods for speedball.

For pump I take 1-2 50 rounders.

PBMafia gets ALL of my pod pack business ever since I tried their leg harness yeeeaaars ago. Their "Hit" pack (or the "Don", if you'd prefer deeper sleeves) carries two pods and is very compact. Sounds like exactly what you're describing.

High quality, good pricing, and Rich is super friendly and easy to deal with. Send him and email and he'll do colors that aren't listed on the sight, custom modifications, etc

I swear by only 1 pack in the entire industry. The Lysk magnetic pack. It has insane padding for your back and the magnets are super strong and silent. I've never had a pod slip and I can reload with ease.

I almost feel crippled with other packs now. Loud velcro, wear and tear, etc.

These ones are AWESOME: LYSK Paintball HarnessLYSK Paintball Harness & Pack - New Magnetic & Pack

The straps that hold in the pods are magnetic, which is just as strong as velcro but is also VERY quiet.

I've had vertical packs over the years, but for most of the past decade, I've been all about horizontal packs. Sadly, not a lot of companies make them anymore, so you have to go to the used market for any of them. JT Slam Paks (yes, it works for regular pods, had some of the slam pods, but the rubber bands wore out too easily, good idea, poor implementation) are what we use mostly, and I've got some higher capacity ones, but can't think of their names right now (do have a Ronin Gear Max Pack for those days when I want to carry a case of paint and an extra tank onto the field). The nice thing about the Slam Paks are that you just slide the pods in and that's it - no closures, no ejectors (ejectors? because pods aren't coming out fast enough? really?), it just grips the pod with a neoprene sleeve.

the lysk is very cool, i've eyed her up for a long time.

i think she is a top 3 candidate........
1. BNIB Empire Hinge/Fast Pack
2. PBRack JetPack Black Urban
3. Lysk

The red hinge/fast pack you guys linked for me, is perfect, but our team colors are LIME and Black red would be a little too contrasty

It even holds full tubes just fine. nice and small....plus, no ejector!!! Plus i wear it "upside down".
