I have always had great support from Empire - had some V1 Invert selinoids go bad on me, they replaced them at the cost of shipping

PRophecy kept frying motors so they swapped out my guts for me - all I was paying for was a motor, and they replaced it all.

Got a brand new Z2 loader with bubbles in the dip camo coating - they sent me a new one and didnt even ask for the ugly one back.

Had a bad board for a Mini they swapped out at an event simply because it was a 1.1 and they had a 1.4 upgrade avaialble.

I appreciate when companies do this, but I don't expect it from them. For gear that is outside of the 90 day warranty period or whatever the stated warranty is for non wear parts, I expect to pay.

I see so many people that judge customer support becasue they actually want to charge you for a part? The Horror of it all. As far as I know, there isnt a paintball company out there that offeres lifetime parts and labor for their equipment.

I recently ordered at grip from ccm's eBay store. I wanted the black anodized one, but I made the mistake and ordered a silver one. I messaged them on eBay as soon as I realized what I did also asked them if I could buy a return spring and they could ship it together to save on shipping. I also pm'd Mel on here by the time mel got back to me she said that they had already fixed the issue for me. The box contained the sikver tgrip an extra black Mount and the spring that I was never asked to pay for . Great customer service. ..especially since it was all my fault.

I had a V1 Mini from 2006. I called them last year and they send me rebuild orings, V3 detents, V3 poppet, new solenoid, Shockwave mainboard, and a new regulator. I expressed interested in servicing my own regulator to the tech, and choose to send me a Relay instead of the normal Mini ASA/reg just because it's more user serviceable. Truly amazing in my book.

In another instance I bought a new Axe that had issues out of the box. I sent it back to Kee and they just sent me back a NIB Axe.

For this reason I will always own an Axe. I'm planning on buying a Resurrection as well. If I were looking for a $1500 gun I would pick up the Vanquish for this reason as well.

So, just to clarify, they sent you all that stuff for free?

Yep, 100% free. It's common for them to send out replacement regulators of their Minis/Axes but not to upgrade them from a normal Mini asa/reg to a Relay. I guess he choose to give it to me because I mentioned I wanted to service my own regulator.

It make sense for them to do this from a marketing standpoint too. It keeps Kees guns on the field being used for new players to see.

The Tipmann of old.. yeah, Don't know about the events around you, but they charged for repair parts that weren't outright deffective at the Tippmann repair booth at the last events I went too.
