I break a marker every single time I play. I think I'v played 4 times where I haven't broken something.. Last time I played I broke my TPX which I thought I fixed, oh well. I hate it anyways. I found out my cobra and turret changer work though, so YAY. Time before that I broke the TPX again, then I broke Sean_Chip's Micro Mag. Then I had to call my Mom to drop off my KP2, which thankfully worked. I got dirt in the 12 gram threads so I thought I was re-threading it.. Time before that I blew the valve on my favorite PMI-1. Time before that I blew the valve on my Franken-PMI-1. Time before that I was fine, I played with my KP3. Time before that I almost broke my ankle, it was swollen and hurt for like 3 weeks..

Bought a G6R used form a friend back in 2010 timeframe, every time I went to use it last year it had some kind of issue, leaks, chrony, breaking paint. I stripped it down for Anno, and then took a pay cut so I put it all back together. To my surprise the last 4 months of last year it worked beautiful, so my Mini has been in the gearbag for months with no real use. Hopefully opening day goes off without a hitch this year. Styg I used to have 5 guns wiht me, now I only own 2, and enough parts to rebuild them internally 3 times over

On topic, I always find that my Ion and pump have never really failed me. The ion went down once. My G6R was awesome when I had it and I never had issues with it either. However.. Whenever I tried to use my luxe, my dad's A5, my e bladed cocker, or pretty much anything else, it would chop/misfire or just suck. And of course, that was after I spent the prior day making sure all was well. I find it really stupid how most of us check our markers the day before and then all hell breaks loose. It makes no sense at all.

I have been pretty lucky, I have only once had a gun completely break down. It was a Montneel Z-1 that had a very active playing career before it ended up with me. The sear wore down to the point where it wouldn't re-cock. Besides that, my guns aren't always tuned perfectly, but they work well enough. I'm slowly getting my guns to 100% and then leaving them alone. |

ive had days like this... went to a field one day with a B5, TPX, Pro/Carbine, G6r, warped mag and an ego. Broke paint in the flatline on the B5, TPX was chopping the crap out of everything, i forgot to put the detent back in the Pro/carb (i know... my fault!), The g6r woud have been fine but my buddy tried to adjust the velocity with the LPR and the pressure tester was at home lol, the warp wasnt detecting each shot and was leading to chops (lvl 7) & the Ego was rock solid and saved the day. |

![]() I'm thinking about knocking down the collection to this: Redux for SC, Luxe for open play, S6.5 for OC pump, and CCM SR-1 for scenario. Get rid of everything else. My biggest regret is trading off my old red 6.5, ironically for a Mag that I could never get to work right for me. That was one of those guns that never failed me, I miss it

Eh I'm not sold on mags. For years I wanted one finally got one a year ago its only been on on the field 1 time and it was a blender. Rebuilt the whole thing twice replaced all brass components finally got it working let it set for a couple months this winter decided to air it up and check it out to maybe use this weekend. leaks everywhere. lots of lube later most of them fixed them selves but I still had to tear into it to change out the power tube spacer. No leaks great right? Nope go to chrono blender. put it away I am going to change out the foamy on the tip of the bolt but somehow I don't think its going to make a difference.
