Thanks. I thought I saw that picture earlier but couldn't find it when I looked

For 12ies I sewed a some loops just above the lower cargo pockets on the jacket.
Thats a really cool idea.

Diomedes: cool. Just plain awesomeness
Cobryne: more awesomeness. Great idea.
Turbowagonman: if I had half your sewing ability my wife would have some pretty unique lingerie. Well done man. That looks easy to use and play with.

This past weekend my brother and I played a big game and I forgot my stalker at home. Idiot. Thank god for modular molle setups. He pulled off a 6 tube DBD panel and I wore it on my belt and played capless. I really liked it. Loading was easy and clean. It was on my left hip and didn't impede movement. We always bring a caddy to the deadbox for reloading so when I shot all my tubes and then stole all my brothers right off him (sorry bro) I would just refill there. Worked well, probably be great for just rec play

Double FYI for paintball rules there should be no "offer" of surrender, its either mandatory surrender at X distance when guy is behind you or no surrender and you get shot in the booty. "offer" of surrender makes for some ridiculous and dangerous john woo tactics.

Thanks for the pics. Good to know the prone isn't a problem.

What is better to sew on pants for 10 round tubes, cut shotgun belt or a wrist band 10 round holder?

Shotgun belt is cheaper and easier, but the PBMafia wrist harnesses I ordered without the wristband part are GREAT. A little more secure and a little thicker, less chance of tube breakage in the event of a hit. Also probably last longer, as the shotgun belt loops sometimes catch a burr on the tubes and start to unwind a little bit. They also lose their elasticity over time, but the non-elastic wrist harnesses don't have that problem. But you need more room for the wrist panels; there are more places where you can put the shotgun belt sections on a given pair of pants, and greater fine-tuning ability is nice. So, pros and cons on both sides. The best way might be wrist panels on the thighs, belt sections on the hips and/or sides.

Maybe I'll contact pbmafia about theirs.

Now I'm wondering if I want them on my PB pants. Maybe I'll find a second cheap pair for SC play or I'll just stick with my shotgun belt.

I use a old load bearing vest. I can fit a total of 24 tubes in the four mag pouches and way more then enough 12grams in the grenade pouches.
I have also rigged a hydration pack to the back. I also use a shot gun belt around the bottom of the vest that i attach my dump pouch to.The whole set up is a bit heavy and probably overkill.

This is what I got.. I will have to get a pic of my exact set up

For shorter games I use a PB Mafia capless wrist harness with 4 tubes and an extra 12 gram. Works out pretty nice.

For longer games I add the LG-10 Leg harness and a dump pouch. I tend to hold those up with a shotgun shell belt (mostly because it was already in my gear bag), I don't usually put anything in the shell belt, but it's nice to have the extra loops for truly huge games.

I also rigged up an old Revvy with a phantom feedgate for speed loading ten round tubes.

I've been using a pair of gauntlets since their release, can't go wrong with them. Here's my typical usage:

Phantom: I usually run one gauntlet, on my strong hand. I don't like to not have my hand on the trigger.

S6 with pocket hopper: both gauntlets, but more of an "oh ****" reserve of ammo.

Kp2: both gauntlets, as the gun is so long I want to be able to grab a tube with whatever hand is working the springfeed.

Yeah there are some issues. Mainly spilling paint, however if you pull the tube straight out rather than jerking it or pulling it at an angle, you won't spill any paint.

If you're running the tubes cappless, and the tube is not inserted ALL THE WAY into the loop, then the paint WILL break if the tube takes a direct hit. If it's secured, it's about a 50-50 chance the paint will break.

Runnin cappless is nice, just stick the tube in backwards when it's done, no need for a dump pouch and it keeps dirt from getting in the holder.

Breaking paint in the holder means its basically useless until you wash the thing.

Here's what I've been running this summer. Trying to get a kit that I can use for my Redux and Tipx.

Condor MCR4 chest rig
Kanuck molle12g holder
TMC dump pouch
WTF 10 rnd tube shingle

So far I'm really liking it!
