Wise words... For walk on games, the gauntlet is all I use. I'm only keeping the stalker for mech pistol play (I use springfeeds) and larger SC games to minimize trips to the staging area to reload.

I'm going back to SC after trying some open class.

I've employed my aunt, who is a sewing ninja, to put loops on my pants. I'm just trying to decide if I want to put them on my very broken in NXe pants or buy some BDUs and have them sewn on there. Knee pads are key to me so I am very partial to my speedball pants.

Put em on your paintball pants. They don't get in the way of anything if you are not playing SC. But they are awesome for when you do!

Yeah I'm going strictly SC, I think.

I'm almost ready to buy CJs R7.

I find I move a lot more playing SC. Having knee protection is a huge bonus!

And CJ's R7 is so awesome! Buy it!

This. Thighs are the perfect place for tubes if you have them, but the loops are unnoticeable if they're empty. No downside to adding them.

I think I'm going to do this and get a WTF Shoulder Rig eventually for bigger games. Any suggestions on exactly where on the thighs to put the straps?

Stock class = 12grams and a stick feed. End discussion.

I really, really love my gauntlet, although I don't use the back of the hand straps for 12 grams, I just keep 'em in my hip pocket and use my cargo pocket as a dump pouch.

I use the 12g gauntlet slots but could do without. I'd rather it just wrap my forearm only and leave my hands alone.

I want loops on my pants and am planning to put them on the outside of my thighs so they don't get drug in the mud when I go prone. I don't crouch too much due to horrible knees, so I'm hoping the side of the thigh location works. I also use the cargo pockets for a dump pouch.

I really wish WTF or someone else would make some stock class pants. No one I've contacted seems interested.

My current SC Rig is 2 MBmafia Leg harness's, a PBmafia dumppouch & a shotgun shell belt (more cause the pants are huge for me)

I also like to use this setup for its ease of use and simplicity

I also have a WTF vest setup with all the S/C stuff, and a WTF gauntlet. Those dont get used often.
