Who is the top OLD GEEZER?

It's no secret to me that this is primarily a young guy's or gal's sport. I've been accused of being a child stalker by one friend that saw a group photo of me out with my local pump group. And they are mostly of the "older" sort compared to some groups of drop in and renter semi players I've shared the field with! ! ! !

So this raises the question of who's the top geezer around here and worthy of the most honorable title of "Gramps"?

Anyone under 40 need not reply unless it's to point and laugh. Only fully matured "grow'd ups" need step up and declare themselves.

Me? I'm 54 now and only started paintball last Fall in '06. Call it midlife crisis or whatever but I'm having a blast.

NEXT!

Man I can't even imagine what paintball will be like when I get to that 40 mark. Only 15 more years to go! Time to live it up!

I hear that they are starting to keep defibrillators at some of the fields!

I am not quite there 35 in 14 days! It goes by quick! I hope I am playing at your age!

While I may not be an 'old guy', 36 isn't that young when half the kids you play against 'could' be your child. At my field(when I go) I'm one of the old guys...

Hah! Kids!

51 years old and I started playing in my 20's.
Railgun, you may beat me a bit on the years, but I have the mileage!

The greatest inovation in recreational paintball's entire history is without a doubt...water soluble paint.

And I thought I was starting to feel old after having to explain that a PGP doesn't need batteries, that I in fact did not forget to screw my tank onto it, and that my Phantom doesn't shoot harder if I pump it more than once.

But after hearing from some of you guys... *ahem*

I had the pleasure of sharing the field with a 62 year old gent, This was a few years back but I hear he still plays and is getting better even. I didnt mind any gun he picked up as it was always used respectfully against others.
