"Standard AR-15 Threads"?

What does that even mean? I hate the fugly stock muzzle break on my Hammer7, so I want to put something cool on it. What are my options? Who makes "standard AR-15 thread" muzzle devices? I know about the Lapco fake suppressor (which looks really cool), but I'd like to see some other options, too.

1/2" x 28 is considered to be "standard" muzzle threading on an AR15, but other options do exist.

Hammer7 and AR15 will not mesh. The thread on the tip of the Spyder barrel is 7/8-16. Probably looking at LAPCO, and I know that Hammerhead tips will fit.

An AR brake will not work. It is much to small for a paintball to pass through.

hammerheadpaintball.com - Accessories

The M-50 tip came with my kit. They all look pretty good IMO.

It's 16 TPI? Are you sure, because that seems kind of coarse to me... I don't have my H7 in front of me or I'd check it myself...

I was told by the friendly neighborhood Spyder rep that the Lapco and CP tactical tips fit.

I like the Dishka and the Swiss tips.

So why are they advertising these as "standard AR-15 threads"?
