I am picking this up in the morning and am looking for some info. and maybe a exploded diagram of it (its in parts at the moment)

Bruizer Outlaw. Basic spyder clone, shouldn't be too hard to get back together and parts should be easy to find (though not specifically "Bruizer" parts, but ones from mechanically similar guns that will work).

under $30.00 with a o-ring kit for it.

Yeah it's a Bruizer all right. Also came with a 16in Spyder TL-R barrel.
