I caught myself before I got past 11.. I've decided I'm keeping the ones I can never replace(for a decent amount of money), and losing the extras that are always floating around like mcdonalds wrappers in the wind.

I thought that anyone who said they had too many were to be banned!
This site for what I think has not made me buy alot more than I would normally. However it has made it easier at times to find some things that I wanted. I made a count last night. I'm currently at 57. More will come and go at will. As long as my wife doesn't start to complain. I won't have to ignore her.

Ideally we all only need one, but the problem is that it would have to be the perfect marker. And there are different perfect markers for different situations, game styles, weather conditions, etc. So really, we need a perfect marker for every possible variable that could affect our play on game day. So pretty much we would need at least 365 different markers assuming that game conditions varied daily.

I've always been curious on the number of markers that all of MCB owns in total:

Lets say everyone here owns 10 markers on average, and as of today there is 3281 members, making a total of 32 810 markers. And if every marker is roughly 20" long (assuming 6" of body plus a 14" barrel), it would make 54683.3 feet.. or 16570 meters or about 10 miles of markers.....wooh!

We need as many guns as it takes to defend ourselves from the PBnation zombies...or at least as many as it takes to keep ourselves happy and amused. Don't know the last time I played when I didn't have a new marker or 3 to play with!

Off to the BST forum!

Long ago I coined the term Shiney Object Syndrome or SOS for short as a notorious wallet debilitating disease. Nowhere is it so alive as here at MCB.

As I've said in the past, I'm obviously in with like souls....

I would say we all need a minimum of 4:

A good Mech..
A good pump...
A good stockclass marker....
A good electro (but only if it is a AKA product, maybe a classic Timmy or Angel or DM3,)

***Please note that the number of old brass markers is unlimited***

My theory is that if I do not use it, get rid of it....but I still can not bring myself to sell my PMI 1 SC or my PMI 1 DF. They just sit in the drawer an every now and then they appear at the target range.

Currently I have 7, but one will be gone sonner or later, maybe 2.

Crap. So that's my problem?

I can stop buying whenever I want.... really...

I guess we need as many as takes to obtain complete total gun-induced euphoria (or bankruptcy) which ever comes first!
