I think the appropriate question to start is what output do you need? Some of the ones mentioned are 0-400 which may not work if you need something with higher output.

Honestly, any well made/designed reg is going to work what...98% as good as the best in the world? You wouldn't even notice that last 2% unless you put the marker in a vice and shot 40bps.

I am preferential to Dye Hyper regs due to the looks and ergonomics.

Dye and AKA for HPA
WGP and PPS for co2

CP and Angel Mini regs stink IMO

It really depends. You're going to get completely different answers ranging from CP regs to the Dye hyper 3's. They're all great though.

I have worked on tons of regs and use regs ranging from SP maxflow inline to Evolve PI to custom built regs of my own design. Ya know what I found almost without exception any modern reg that has been properly maintained will work perfectly well in pb markers

if i had to choose one reg forever it would be a sidewinder, the first gen, the newer round bottom ones just look silly to me

they are simple, well made, easy to service, and ive yet to have one that wasnt perfect..

and they fact that most every reg out there copies the design of the sidewinder, should speak VOLUMES about how effective the design is

Just keep the Dye hyper reg that it came with. They work well and are easy to maintain.
