A Look Inside The Armson Semi

Given recent discussions, I thought some of you guys might appreciate a look inside the Armson Semi-Auto from 1996...

The Armson semi was first conceived of in 1993 and various aspects of it were worked on by Armson and Pro-Team Products from then until its release in late 1996. Here's part one of the images - starting with the gas-thru grip that incorporated a built-in expansion chamber.

Part 2...

This marker's basic mechanism was licensed from AGD, but rather than being regulated, it was run through volume.

Among other innovations, it incorporated an ambidextrous feed neck, a barrel retaining collet and the gas-through grip, not to mention a dual port bottomline...

Awesome. Any photos of inside inside the mainbody?

You had better send this to smart parts so they can make sure it is not infringing on their patent.

Great looking piece of equipment.

Wait... doesn't Smart Parts hold the patent to the gas-thru grip? Oh, nevermind... already trumped on that one bu OP and the first post....

Thanks for that!!! The more I learn about how these things work, the less willing I am to pay others to work on them for me.

Man.... Ive owned many guns over my 14 years of playing but the armson semi still compels me. Its still a gun on my "Must own" list and yet I still never see them for sale..

Nifty design its a moddified m16 lug style grip frame. I would of never thought of that and now I cant :X

I had an Armson pump for a while and regret ever selling it. It while probably be the only gun my wife wouldn't give me grief for buying another one.

OK, we've covered the prior art issue now. So what about some overall shots and impressions and comparisons on what it's like to shoot?

From what I see so far this is pretty sweetly made.
