Your paintball"unicorn" list
Know this has probably been done before, after starting a MAG revival thread and seeing several SR1s in action it got me thinking,if I could have any guns which would they be?Here's my personal list
1 Oilys M249 SAW-Inspired most of my homemades,he helped me a ton on my boxmags.Looks,ROF,no blimp on the top of the gun
2 SMG 60\68 hybrid-I've shot and been shot by one.A true terror on the field in its time.Select fire, giant gas cloud, stripper clips flying.Way ahead of its time
3 SR1 A true paintball sniper weapon made by a great company. So pretty it's almost artwork
4 DRV Only pistol on my list.Make my day punk!
5 DSG Pump with attitude.Nuf said
6 Emag Electro+Mag=win.Best production gun I've shot
7 Empire Dfender The gun I would build myself if I had the tools.Uses mainstream marker and hopper in a milsim package. If it were sub $1000 I'd buy one
8 Sterling pump just started playing pump alot, found out I suck but enjoy it anyway.Smoothest pump I've shot, compact too
9 Lucky Ion What can I say,I'm an Ion guy.
10 Armson Semi South African version of a Mag,add PTP parts, style and extras
You may be able to tell I'm "mildoe" guy. Most of theses aren't unobtainium but being a cheap a$$ baller most of these I won't own.Other than the home machined guns(SR1,DSG,DSV) I couldnt justify paying over $500 for any marker
I'm not THAT Punisher!!
If a Dremmel had t*ts Id marry one!

Ridin' The ShortBus
I think I've had all of my Unicorn's to date...nothing out there where I HAVE to have it... Except an all brass CCM pump.

This seems to change frequently,
1. Right now a J4 Torque leads the list
2. I have wanted an E-Mag for some time
3. An Armson semi, but I just passed on a very reasonably priced one because I am "on the Wagon" lately.
I too have a hard time spending over $500 so they really aren't that hard to come by.

For me it's simple. Brass and wood made or modified by Walz. The markers he's made me are above and beyond unicorn status but they're also work horses. It's nice to have a looker that can really hold it's own and that's thanks to Walz making great markers and doing all the small things (freak ready, valve mods, smoothing out pump strokes, thadaptors, etc.) that make them usable. That dude can't get enough praise from me.

X-mag, Desert Duck, and an AKA electro of some sort in that order. I've got most everything else.
Maaaaaybe a Shocktech DM4....always had a soft spot for those...
My feedback: http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/f...-feedback.html
FYI: USPS Flatrate IS the same price when shipping to Alaska...

A Geo3 in a DYE NT or DM14 body?
A working Thumper?
There's nothing on my list that's too hard to find, really... Except for the above, which are entirely unreasonable.

Dr. says it will clear up
A Kpcs ma duece-a. I build one in my head all the time.
Short list but distinguished. I'm off electro's, the only one I'll keep is my Dam.
Autocockers are not more accurate, I'm just more accurate when I shoot autocockers.
