Guys, here's an idea for you - after halloween every year, most of those costumes go on clearance...

Just a thought.

Personally, I always wanted to play in a clown suit, complete with ronald mcdonald wig, and big red shoes.

"Hey, who is that clown?"
"That clown just shot me!"

I've just braided stuff into my beard, like squeegees and barrel plugs. Long facial hair + external moving parts = crying like a little girl with an autococker hanging from your face.

I've played a lot of scenario games in "themed" costumes. If I had kept pictures of all of them, I would have a pretty funny collection by now...some of them have been.

Full black suit and tie at an "X-Files" game
Red outfit with cape for "Lord of the Rings"
Fake Fur for a "Thirteenth Warrior" game
(no, I'm not the famous guy with the snubby .3357 - that is a much older picture)
"Plauge-bearer" monster at a game after "The Stand"
A very complete Mad Max costume for a "Roadwarrior" game.
And most recently a triangular hat and cloak when I was a "Vietnamese Civilian" earlier this year.

The thing is that I've never worn anything that I couldn't acutally wear on the field, so that keeps most of my "costumes" from getting overly complex. I never understood the mindset of wearing a fancy costume on Friday night and then changing into cammo for the game.

I do it less now then I used to. I guess I'm just getting older or lazier or a little bit of both. That said, it always used to get me into a game - and more than one publication.

Yea. The Americans were calling me "Zorro" or "Raiden" because of the long, black cloak I was wearing.
