Ironically, I was at ANS today looking at exactly this mask. I just didn't like the funky colored goggle frames.

Sounds like you need to do what I do to my various hard ears. A pair of zip-ties (carefully applied so that the sharp bit is facing outwards) should keep the foam in place. On this mask, I made replacement foam by cutting up some cheapie pipe insulation I picked up at home depot for another project.
It may not look it but this is super comfy and has lasted for 4 years now.

Not... really.
I've been looking to replace my Spectra for a while too but after wearing them for over half my life nothing else feels right.
V-Force Grillz comes close, and I really like the lens lock system on the Vents/Invert Avatar/Empire E-Vents, but it doesn't breathe as well and the face foam feels too thin.

On every other mask out there the ear pieces fail to protect my earlobes.
You sir are a genius! it seems so clear now in retrospectů I'm actually retiring my old goggles because the foam and elastic are pretty much shot.
Thank you to everyone for their suggestions. I think I'll take a look at the profilers, try them on, but if they don't jive, I'll just go pro flex. Ugly proflex lol.

You could always change out the JT soft ears for a set of empire E-Vent soft ears. That's what I'm running on my flexes. I love them. Better coverage, better protection, better hearing too. I can get you some pics of how I did mine.

Just try masks on and choose the most comfortable one that fits your face. Every one is a different shape and size.

I just got a set of the "new" pro flex in. I really like the new ears. They feel like they are going to be more protection. It seams that the ears are now made of the same thing as the lowers.

You could even just replace the hard ears with the new soft ears (which look great compared to the old ones, better coverage, better material), and keep the Pro Shield bottoms.

I swapped to a ProFit this past season. I know it is very different than what you were using. But I love it. It is super comfy, doesn't fog at all, and is very secure.

Try one on if you have the chance.

Honestly, this will probably be my go to here. after shopping around, there is really nothing on the market that has even sparked my interest. I'm going to try on some of the suggested goggles, but I'll probably just default to the tried and true JTs.

I just love advertising. Here is a claim made by V Force. "Optical Superiority: Never miss a shot" well if that's the case, the choice is easy… I'll never miss again.

FYI, that tan and olive mask that was posted has an olive frame. For some reason the picture doesn't show the color right.

Where did you pick them up, I can't seem to find them in stock anywhere.

I'm actually leaning toward this in light of Blanche's post.
