direct from manufacturer paintballs

Does anyone have any experience ordering paintballs direct from a small-time manufacturer, such as these guys:

xtrapaintballs.com

I support my field by buying paint at my field. But, I'm also not entirely happy with the selection of paint, and if these really are high-quality paintballs, it might be a better choice to order from them.

well in my experience, in rochester NY, especially with FPOs, the procaps paintballs are always too small for everything, and a few are right size for .62 markers, but the rest are right between .63 and .67 and thats FPO "tourney paint" stuff, and theyre made in canada maybe its just procaps, i dont know.

sorry, but ZAP is made in canada... as is most of the Draxxus stuff...

i shoot both, usually shooting Zap Vapor or Chronic and occasionally Draxxus Midnite .

the worst non-BE paint i've used is Worr paint.

Cant wait to see the results of this paint.

Why did RPS drop off the earth for making good paint. All Stars and Marbs are supposed to be top notch. Most places hardly stock them now.

Even diablo runs under a different name, so I hardly know who to hate and who to love.

Yeah, $29/case is pretty damned good price... until you factor in the $15/case shipping charge. I guess I just play too much recball out in the woods with my Tippmanns to really care about getting decent paint, as I get mine from the local MC Sports (no fields or dedicated shops within an hour drive, best I've got, other than WalMart) at whatever they've got it on sale this week, which is usually around $25.

Aren't Stinger paintballs RPS? There are plenty of those around here.

Dunno but I had most of the time decent paint from procap. Maybe it just are road that make the ball with defect xD we have bad road here in Quebec.

Now I hate their new winter fill since it a mess to clean up and for my impression taste nastyer.

I think i will just buy 500.

15 dollars for shipping isnt over priced. If you were local to them you could do a pick up, then it might be a hyper steal.

I am still slightly excited about these guys and I hope they are all they say they are.
