| "Range Safety"? | It doesn't come as a great shock, but it's still disappointing. I'm buying from eBay the guts of a LCD Halo TSA loader to stuff into my LED TSA loader. The LCD has a lot more features, and I'll probably be able to figure them out, but just in case, I wanted to get a manual. I looked around trying to find who services Halo TSAs nowadays, and land at "paintballsolutions.com". They don't have a TSA manual, just the HALO B. So I write an email with a friendly tone asking if a manual is available elsewhere, or if they could send me one. I send the email to the "catch-all" address on paintballsolutions.com's site: tech@paintballsolutions.com. Two days later I get a reply from tech@keeactionsports.com (?) consisting of: Quote:
The companies involved in this sport are becoming more contemptible with each passing day. </spleen venting>

| Sunstar Paramedics Slave | Kee sucks with customer support, just getting someone on the phone is a pain. Better yet getting someone who knows something seems much harder. Emails always suck with large companies like that, stick with phone calls or forum posts like on here. You may have better luck finding it on here than from kee.

| "Range Safety"? | I hope to never buy anything from Smart Parts, but it's interesting that their carrot is as good as their stick. Quote:
But with everything (education, government, investments etc.) consumers get what they demand: short-term cost savings instead of long-term quality and service.

Thanks! You're awesome, and Combatgames is awesome. I shall have to thank the board administrators for making the manuals available. It says it's for the Halo LSD, which I suspect is hard to import.

| "Range Safety"? | Thanks, B. I thought of asking him, but I didn't want to bother him in case it wasn't not his thing. That would've been quicker. Here's their latest reply: Quote:
![]() I imagine I could find someone who could help on PbN, but only after sifting through four pages of mouthbreathing TourneyTards telling me "lol that loder suks get a Hallo B! :nododgy:".
