Noxx55 Customs has upgraded - Check it!!!

Well, I have moved from the bench top onto bigger and better things. My capabilities shot through the roof this morning when I landed this:

It's a knee mill with digital readout and a lot of other features. I am overly excited and will start taking pictures of the new products I come up with. This is an awesome machine and a blast to use. Totally beats the harbor freight machine I have been using so far. Definitely a step up.

looks light enough to move by hand

Nice score.... can you add CNC hardware to it?

You can, but there really isn't a need. It has glass scales with the digital read out so it is extremely accurate and if I move on to CNC at some point, I am going to go to the full 3D machine. Someday...

Nice you'll notice the difference using that brute the first time you fire it up. I trained on BP's...my first personal mill was an X2. I could'nt beleive that I could'nt plunge a 3/4" cutter .5" into a chunk of 6061 and run it through at about 20IPM with out shredding the gears.

Literally the first cut I made on my little machine broke it!

Nice score! And the rest of the shop in the background is pretty sweet too!

My intention is to get a BP or nice clone as a retirement gift to myself when I pull the pin in a couple of years.
