Glenn Palmer talks about the early semi auto rifles from 1988 to 1990

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7sP1xBr6i0

I've been posting videos with Glenn Palmer over the last couple weeks and in this segment (part 5?) we talk about the following:

•Glenn's inspiration for using pneumatic automation on his semi auto paintguns.

•Glenn's first pneumatic semi, Camille, which Glenn built in fall of 1988.

•AGS' Rifle (summer 1988) which Glenn likely saw at the June 1988 Air Gun Open in New York, Exhibited by AGS partner David Craig.

•The Elite Rifle which Glenn soldered together for Forest Cox of Elite Weapons MFG in spring-summer of 1989.

The next few segments with Glenn in go into more details on his first rifles built for customers, and then into more detail on the AGS Rifle's Automation system and the Elite Rifle system.

Previous segments have covered Glenn getting into paintball and the Quiksilver.
Find the playlist of all the segments live so far at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...DGYIPTea-204OC

Excellent series. Well done Dan. Thanks for doing these.
Is there another episode in which Glenn tells what happened to Camille?

BretG, unfortunately we didn't talk about the details of how Camille went missing in this series. I think I was getting too excited about details on the early guns and what Glenn was doing during that time that we didn't end up going into the current whereabouts of any.

Dougefreshe, totally agree!

I noticed you are quick on uploading your socal stuff immediately but take years to load stuff from up here from your real home in northern california . Never forget where you came from Dan . It seems to me you've gone Hollywood on us since moving to southern California .

Pittsburgh Stinkbugs, I would think the hammer and spring combo in the rifles lead to a higher velocity.

sdawg, thanks, that was probably Michael Baird's Autococker. And I can't even shoot fast, I wonder how fast Tim at Paintball Tek could shoot it?

Ted, videos that are more significant require a little more thought. With So Cal Stock I can just sit down and crank them out. On these I have to think about each part that Glenn (or whoever I'm interviewing is saying).
