yep, hate it too. On one occassion where this happened to me, I was able to get the ref ejected from the game for dispatching missions early to provide home team advantage. Home team reffing problems persist at that field, and I know of a ton of teams who choose other places to play over that field for that reason.
Note to Field owners & producers : biased reffing costs bucks. Players know and players talk. duh..
Ide estimate 30%-40% of the fields I play or have played in the past have this problem today. Im sure some of this is management related, and some is poor ref training. Hopefully this manual we are working on will help.
