Hell...if you have an extra E-blade lying around dont waste it on a PGP. I'll trade you a sheridan frame or even a milled cocker frame...

This is one of those "just 'cuz" situations. I believe someone around here built an e-bladed Sniper and I don't recall anyone giving him a hard time over it. Why'd he do it? Just 'cuz.

As for my thoughts…. Sure, it would still be stock class. But as others said, why bother?

Shartley can read good.

But I do agree it is still stock class with the battery.

As for why do it? I guess because it's there and it's possible... like those silly mountain climbers with their mountains.

You can use any trigger you want, as long as you are still pumping in between each shot, no more than one ball can stack over feedport at a time, no more than 20 shots in your feed, the gun has to be power by a 12 gram, it requires min. of two complete revolutions of the 12 gram changer to change the 12 gram.

everything else is up to the event organizers.

I don't see anyone giving him a hard time about this either... do you?

"Why do it” is as legitimate of a question as “Is it still stock class”. And knowing Mike, I don’t automatically take all his questions or comments as being at face value. I never assume anything.

OK, maybe the phrase "hard time" was a bit harsh, but considering all the tinkerers arond here, some of the responses have seemed a little. . . less than supportive, that's all.

"To each, his own" as the saying goes.

I have a couple of "extra" e-blades...
along with several "extra" sheridans (of various types/styles) ...

I think for what I have finally planned, either the members would say either:
--> "COOL"
or --> be screaming for the "Tar and Feathers!" for the sacreliege/blasphemy I may or may not have done (or will do)...

As for "is it still a stock class..." If the intelligent majority here said it was NOT SC w/ that e-trigger, then I would of bought another pgp2k1 with the specific intention of stuffing an e-trigger on it, that's why I asked... Got to have my SC gun as a Stock Class Gun...

Funny, I had always heard stock class labeled as 12g Co2, magazine feed running parallel with the gun body (90*) holding less than 20 balls, and pump action. Also, d/f didn't matter, as long as the tube wasn't angled up, and there are no more than 4 balls between the chamber and the tube (not counting one ball chambered).

I'm so confused...

I prefer old rules of what is stock class and not modern interpretation of what the rules are.. D/F was never allowed and it was always one ball between the chamber and tube (ala PGP, Splatmaster, and the like)
