Turtle Innovations?

I know some things happened with them back in the day, but I honestly know zero details. How are their business practices? I'm highly considering ordering something from them, and I want to know how it is. If it is a complete trash can for your money, if it is half and half like WWA, or if they are actually starting to have great business practices.

Ehh I would stay away from them. That many complaints from so many people is an instant red flag.

He steals stuff, there are way to many threads out on the net about his deeds to try and list them for you. In short you would be gambling your money/marker by sending it to him.

I DARE you to ask this question on PBNation (OH GOD! HE SAID IT!). Better yet, to save yourself a banning, just go search the cocker forums there. There's a similar thread to this one almost every month there, and each gets like 5 pages of reasons you shouldn't go with Turtle.

But if you are REAAAALLLLLY heart-set on getting a TI body, I hear his eBay store is reliable, as I'm sure he doesn't want bad eBay feedback.

I had a cocker body done by TI a couple of years ago. Their website said it should only take something like three weeks. I emailed after four weeks to see what was up, and they told me it would be another four weeks. Sure enough, four weeks (give or take a day) later it was there. They were a little slow, and I had to initiate the communication, but it wasn't what I would call a crisis situation.

One of the many. I just checked his eBay account. Over 100 transactions with a 98.something% positive feedback. While not outstanding, if you want something from him, eBay should be the way to do it. More factors working for the buyer.

Man oh man, I certainly wouldn't do business with Turtle Innovations, but sheesh it sounds like the people he scammed were easy targets! My advice is find a nice independent airsmith, or order yourself a kit.

I do halfblocking if that's what you're looking for. LMK. Wish more people would do business the correct way. Too many places trying to screw people and it gives small customs places like my self a bad name.
