Getting a large stash of markers to the world, feedback needed

The Cliffnotes:
The direct link to the webstore is
Cousins Paintball - Classic Markers
The pricing is $50/marker across the board, if you are interested in buying 5+ at a clip, PM me and we can sort things out directly.

So a number of the fine folks here have purchased the cache of markers that were recently unearthed. Currently en route to me is another large(30-40+ Nelsons/Sheridans) batch of markers from what used to be Survival New York, as well as a treasure trove of random bits(a box supposedly containing 30+ original 007 pump handles in various stages of new/used). I also already have in my possession 13 or 14 Nelspots, some more interested then others.

The Chase: And how I learned to cut to it.
I obviously need to sell these and turn up some sort of profit on them, that is how my salary gets paid. That being said, I would really like to seem them end up in the hands of you fine folks and guilders. Older markers always carry a history with them, and these markers specifically come from some of the older/historically significant fields around. If these were set up as a simple store item, broken down by rough condition and priced accordingly would there be interest? It wouldn't take a ton of effort to get it set up and running, and I could just continue updating the inventory as things come in/go out.

Part of me knows this may flood the market, but I want to get these moving.

Feel free to pass along feedback/flame away

Just a post in the for sale section, with images of the items, the price, and how to get in touch with you should suffice.

You could set up a separate store, but that could be a lot more work.

A simple thread, you can edit as things change, get sold, or even added.

Again, a separate store is fine, but might not get you as much traffic as a post in my experience.

Either way, I know there'll be interest for you.

Carter,
Only reason I ask is that I already have a paintball webstore at my disposal, as well as an ebay store. Simply adding in another category would be a 15 min project, and my thought would be that it could smooth out the process and add the ease of point and click purchasing. As I mentioned before, I run the web store for my company and I would rather see these end up going to good homes here then just siting collecting dust in the back.

I dare say you could thin the herd a good bit through a simple Sell post. Hey, Bacci did it with like a bazillion pieces and parts and had great success with it.

I personally wouldn't want to buy a potential project marker sight unseen. Meaning, I would want to see the specific item I am getting, not a similar item etc. That is the only problem I see with you categorical store listing idea.

the only real big benifit to the store situation is to maintain organization with less effort.

That is my biggest issue with the whole project. The store helps maintain some degree of organization and running/maintaining a thread would be tough on top of what is already going on.

Yeah the last time I bought a former rental/project marker site unseen I was a little unhappy with what I got... definately post pics of each gun... Do group shots with a number next to each gun or post pics of individuals... but definately show people what they are getting, it will help you get more interest.
