How could you never use a peice like that!? Poor loss.

Tescrash 09-05-2006 05:24 PM

I shudder at the thought, but how much did it go for?

MrJR 09-05-2006 07:04 PM

Stunning! Who wouldn't miss it?

I know. I fancied myself using it - but never did. The game just seemed to change too much for me to use it.

I think I sold it for 550.

No worries. I'm taking good care of her.

It doesn't get used a ton, but rest assured, it does get used. :)

I believe I might be the second owner after you did the re-build. I bought it off a guy that goes by the name of Muzikman.

BTW- Thanks for the info. I've always wondered what all had been done to this KP.

For $550 I would have sold 3 fingers. Id suggest just buying another. Theyre fun guns. Sadley I dont use my Kp3 nearly as much as i should. I just stick to my Kp2.

Not to hijack the thread, but what kind of case is that? I've been looking for a nice hardside case for mine (coincidentally, also a KP2-DF) and that one looks like it was made for it! Where'd you get it?

Deadfall,

Do you know how HAPPY I am that you have that marker. The original owner, I thought I saw, traded it for a Viking. I was sad.

I see you put a stabilizer on it and lengthened the pump rod. Awesome! I am pleased she stayed in the family and gets used.

The only thing I can think of that I did not list above that Palmers did to the marker was to repaint the end cap where after they had tapped it for a rear velocity adjuster.

If you have any questions - please contact me. Me -> :D

Wycke- I got the case off of eBay from this seller. It's quite a nice case. I love the fact that it has wheels and an extendable handle. My only complaints are that the foam is glued in and (on mine, at least) the wheels aren't quite level when it's laying flat, allowing it to sometimes wobble. Aside from those two things, I think it's a great case for the price. Like you said, it looks like it was made for the KP. I've received compliments from cops on how nice of a case it is! Most of the other cases that I've found have been way too big for the KP.

Talfuchre- I'm glad you like the changes, but I can't take credit for them; that's the way I bought it. And if selling it for $550 hurt, well, I got it for even less than that. I do have a couple more questions about it. I'll be sending a PM your way.
