for a game where I anticipate getting shot at close range (read: CQB, SPPL, hyperball, etc) I'll wear slider shorts
Otherwise, briefs, gym shorts, and BDU pants.. caught a ball or two thataway before, wasn't that bad. Plus, just being smart about how you move and what cover you take helps.

So true. Last year at blanding some guy was running between the buildings and got shot in the jewels from a murder hole. He dropped like a rock and we had to stop the game for a bit. Big props to Nudi from ThunderStruck and the other trained medic people that went in to aid the poor guy.

I don't wear protection. In nearly 20 years only been shot there once, and it was my own fault for using a weak stance.

I use a towel when reffing, but when playing I just pray and hope the little padding on my pants protects me.
