Except Eagle, in their infinite wisdom, just discontinued the 12 volt rev

Customers come in complaining of chopping and I say "get an electro hopper" they say I have one and it sucks. I ask and its a quantum.
I think box stores and Eagle have killed more paintball players then they created.

I don't understand why they would have that video under the product description. Are they trying not to sell these things?

Every kid that buys an Egg, Halo or vLocity instead of a Quantum = more $$ for AV....I can see exactly why they do it. "Hey, don't buy our cheap crap...buy our expensive stuff instead!"

On top of the fact that the pointless tail never stops spinning.

I used one of those for a while on a STBB which had a little blowback up the feedneck. The switch, wiring, servo and "C.A.T." tail got removed to save weight.

I never used it at tourney speeds, but in the few woodsball games and scenarios it was in it worked slightly better than my plain ol' gravity loader. It actually fed well, I think because of the "stack" along the front of the loader, which is longer than a typical gravity loader. The little bit of blowback pushed the stack upwards, unjammed itself, and came back down.

Maybe I just got lucky with that gun/Quantum combo.

It's in the trash now, and I'm happy with my TSAs (which are also widely hated).
