Ever get the feeling

That your just tired of paintball. I still love the sport, but have no ambition to play. I even just got my KP2 back. I have several guns in pieces, that normally I would love to put back together and trouble shoot. I have been working alot, but that is no accuse for this Blasphemy. What should I do????

I don't know, I'm in the same boat as you are.

I have thousands in my store and the same with my markers and they just sit on the shelf. I haven't played in over 7 months.

I really have no motivation to play as much as I used to.

Take a break. I haven't had time for recball in years, I only do like 5-8 big game/scenarios a year now. Everyone needs a break time and again, I took 5 years off when I was in undergrad.

Maybe you need to find a different field, sometimes it is the fun and people more than the game.

It's a phase....we all have done it....

When I get in the blah mood....I focus on ideas and designs of paintball gear and my book is pretty thick.....

I think "timeouts" should be expected after many years of paintin'.........

One of my timeouts....I found MCB....then pump play.....

Get together with a bunch of friends and have a day of fun. Don't even necessairly do it at a field. Just do it somewhere (safely, have chronos and masks etc) where you can have a BBQ tailgate party off the field and a really laid back fun time.

That always gets me back in the mood.

I hear ya. I just sat and watched last weekend at Sac Pump Day, as well as the 2nd day of POG day a few months ago. Just haven't been feeling it.

Im in that boat right now. I have become more into tournement style paintball. It's not cheating or attitudes on the field that are a problem, it's politics. I am begining to ask myself if it's really worth it.

I always reccommend to people not to play too often. I have seen far too many players show up at our field every weekend for several months, and then all of a sudden, they are gone altogether. You're better off to just play once every month or two and then the novelty doesn't seem to wear off the same.
