  | they didnt say who it was  jsut saying that trademarking woodsball didnt work out, therefore, trademarking/patenting the word "smart" or "S" or "speedball" wouldnt work out either...its still paintball, and SP is just another company

| Didn't they trademark "pwned" and "L337"? I saw them in a magazine ad with "TM" right next to the words.
