I plan on spending some time making organizers for it, I'm just worried about adding too much plywood inside due to weight. My current best idea is adding a top tray that will hold the KP's and add foam to the inside of the lid. That way I can pile all my crap in below and then have the important things on top.

Not sure when I'm going to get the time to do it, but we'll see.
