| I love rust I recently moved, and a box of what looked like just pods was left out in the weather by my mother. (A bunch of boxes ended up at my parents house while I organized my garage). I found the box yesterday, and thought wow nice I'm low on pods. Then I see 2 Radpies and a 68 special at the bottom of the box. The 68 is all rusted. All right!!! Another project!!! |

| Hey, the highly desireable brown finish on some of the more classic real firearms is just a carefully cultured rust finish that is then polished with oil and rags.

| .:|Purification Admin|:. | the simplest browning method is with copper sulfate. Overtime there were quite a few formulas. It is indeed a controlled oxidant layer. Waxing is an important finishing step
