you are supposed to cut the lip and a bit of the side off the cups. When you get the size right the cup will slide when pushed but not when left alone and the sides of the cup will not bend in. You don't want the cups to fit from the factory.

2" I'll whip that up a little later, this week is a little crazy here in the office.

But it is basically what Schmitti was talking about

Z - With the cups I tryed(small, 8 oz cups), I cant even put the bottom of the cup in the barrel...I can bend them a bit, but most of the time they break...2 1/2 inch PVC sounds about right to me. Unless I can find a better load.

I know my cannon isn't shooting 800 fps, but that's what the chrono says for some strange reason. I'd say it was under 250fps when the chrono was reading 800. I get maybe 3/4 range of a paintball gun. It's been revamped though, and I havn't gotten to do any decent testing with it recently.

I'll have to try some of these load methods. They sound a lot more convient. I'm running a 2" barrel right now, and the nice thing about my design is I can make differnt size/length barrels that just screw on for under $5 a piece.

Why didn't I think of one with threads? I'm gonna have to hack mine up now to put an adaptor on....maybe a 3/4 inch barrel to shoot a string of paint? lol.
