Okay...

If you're going to be a FPO field GET DECENT PAINT! I bought Outdoor Adventures "good paint" which is a step up from white box, I should of just bought white box...

Diablo Inferno. I bounced it off bunkers, I bounced it off people's heads, I even fricken bounced it off a guy as I bunkered him... WORST PAINT IN THE WORLD...

On the flip side..

The Droid is a machine, I shot half a case without even knowing it. With the crap paint I was using I had to shoot half a case to get any to break

I dunno, paintball wasn't as much fun as I thought it was be, maybe it was the one hour I waited for the rain to stop. Maybe it was the incredible humidity that caused my glasses to fog and thus I couldn't see jack. Maybe it was the GIGANTIC welts that I received on my right forearm... Sigh, hopefully next time is better.

Yeah, been going down hill for a few years now.

What I hate is when they are Field Paint Only but they store their paint in an airless metal shed on a concrete floor with no attempt at climate control. Even decent paint turns to crap.

The DXS silver I bought last weekend you could run you fingernail all the way around the seam...it was very pronounced...bad, bad!

Yes, storage is the root problem, then rotation. Cheaper paints rotate out quicker so are likely to be fresher than higher line paints. the field I play at will "downtrade" and take back the upper line paint in exchage for a lower line paint, and heck if the paint is just BAD, it's worth the cost sacrified to get paint that will work.

Too bad that it happens at all, though.

Next time I am definitely shooting white box. I have year old DXS Gold that shoots better and breaks easier.

I just bought a ton of white box paint that looks and shoots fine. I have better luck with it than I have anything else.
