Spec Ops Paintball Stock Class Forge Vest

Hey guys,

I'm beginning to prepare for another season of paintball and I'm in dire need for a new paintball vest. 95% of the time I'm using my VSC Phantom and I'm on the look out for a good SC Vest, I've looked a things like Ronin SC Harness, etc. and I just don't like the idea of thin straps, etc. holding up your gear. So far what I've seen that I like is the Spec Ops Stock Class Forge Vest, does anyone have any expirence with the SC Vest back or any Spec Ops Forge Vest Products. I figure if I get the SC Back and the Molle front, toss 2 or 3 double M4 Mag pouches on the front for APP 50 round pods and a dump bag along w/ a few other goodies I'll be pretty well set. What do you guys think?

SPECIAL OPS - FORGE VEST - STOCK CLASS BACK - Special Ops Paintball

Cheers'

I think that if you're using 50 round pods you're not Stock Classing right.

Hehe

A good friend of mine, (Tim "Thalion" Underbakke) has one of the stock class forge vests, and he absolutely loves his.. I haven't gotten my hands on one yet, but I've always been impressed with SO Soft goods... MOATI makes great stuff.

There not for me... It's for the guys that run outta paint and need to borrow mine on the field... They always looked at me funny when I toss them a 10 round tube... I don't think the paint slingers know what those are

It looks pretty functional but really ugly, at least in this picture.

Not meaning to threadjack or anything, but when did SO's change their cart system? I don't remember it looking like that a short while ago.

You can always pick up some single M16/Ar15 molle mag pouches. They hold three tubes each and work quite well. Also look at the flipdown molle12 gauge shotgun shell pouches they work well too. The Specops vest with the vertical tube holders just looks like a good way to loose all your paint when you are running around if you put them in upside down. Rightside up the caps will be snagging the webbing.

I'll be using speed caps which seem to hold pretty well, so I'm to concerned about losing paint as long as the 10 round tube elastic holders are snug, I've been using a Tac Vest from Cheaper than Dirt for quite awhile now, and I do agree that the M16 mag pouches are great for holding tubes.
